For Young Adults: 

xperiencing loss, we grieve in a variety ways. For some of us, this may be more of an emotional processing, for others it's more physical. Many people also find grieving to be an intellectual process. One of the more helpful tools in coping with our grief experiences and feelings is to write, in whatever form that may take.

If you have written poems, short stories, journal entries or songs about your grief experience and would like to share them, this is the place to do it! 

It's easy to do . . . just call 502-2773 and we'll give you instructions to attach the item you would like to share. We will view your submission and post it to the website for others to read.
