For Teens:

Experiencing loss, we grieve in different ways. For some of us, this may be more of an emotional processing of sadness, anger, frustration, loneliness, guilt, fear and confusion. For others it's more of a physical process that affects our bodies. Many people also find grieving to be an intellectual process involving questioning, contemplating and trying to figure out what life means now that this person is gone. One of the more helpful tools in coping with our grief experiences and feelings is to write, in whatever form that may take.

If you have written poems, short stories, journal entries or songs about your grief experience and would like to share them with others, this is the place to do it!

It's easy to do . . . just call 502-2773 and we'll give you instructions to attach the item you would like to share. We will view your submission and post it to the website for others to read.
