One of the many valuable ways people support the mission of Ted E. Bear Hollow is by providing various program and office supplies. Below is a list of items that are always much appreciated:

Paper Products for Grief Support Groups

     - Styrofoam or sturdy paper plates (meal size)

     - Paper napkins

     - 6 oz paper or styrofoam cups (no plastic, please)

     - Sturdy plastic forks and spoons

Miscellaneous Office Supplies

     - Copy Paper

     - Liquid Hand Soap

     - Paper Towels

     - 39 gallon trash bags

     - Tall kitchen trash bags

     - SINGLE ply toilet paper

     - Kleenex

     - 9 x 6 manilla mailing envelopes

     - Large stove-top skillet

     - Large cooking pot

     - Oven mitts or potholders

     - Mr. Clean floor cleaner

     - Dishcloths

     - Dish Towels

Food & Beverages (Please call us regarding specific dates and times we need items)

     - Baked goods (pastries, muffins, donuts) for monthly support groups

     - Snack food (fruit, granola bars, pretzels, cheese, crackers, trail mix) for day camps

     - Crystal Light sugar-free instant lemonade packets

     - Orange Juice, Apple Juice, Coffee

     - Entree Preparation/Provision for a bi-weekly support group (apprx 65 people)

Program Supplies

     - White full-faced plastic masks for kids/teens to decorate

     - Solid color, plain foam coozies to decorate

     - 3x5 or 4x6 foam or paper mache picture frames to decorate

     - Memory Boxes (contact us regarding specific sizes of paper mache boxes)

     - Mod Podge and foam brushes

     - 4" square white/beige ceramic bathroom tiles (used to make garden stones)

     - Small decorative tiles (apprx. 1/2 inch) of various colors

     - Batting for comfort pillows

     - Assorted Stickers

     - White cotton tube socks (various sizes) to make sock puppets

     - Fabric Markers

     - Yarn (yellow, brown, black, grey, orange, red)

     - Googley Eyes (assorted sizes)

     - Rub-on tattoos (child appropriate)

Camp Hope - Teen Retreat Supplies (held in early May)

     - Meals (pizza, tacos, sloppy joes, sandwiches, etc.)

     - Bottled Water

     - Canned Soda

     - Juice (apple, orange)

     - Cereal

     - Skim and 2% milk - 1 gallon of each

     - Snacks (fruit, pretzels, chips, cookies, brownies, trail mix, crackers, licorice)

     - 12 oz. plastic cups (50)

     - Sturdy styrofoam or paper plates (150)

     - Sturdy plastic forks and knives

Office Volunteers

     - Please call the office if you have an interest in helping with occasional clerical

       tasks, cleaning or behind-the-scenes event preparation)
